The Qualidy team is a modern, dynamic and professional ensemble of specialists. Our trainers take care of your individual project. Get to know the faces behind our innovative education company.

For more than a decade, we have been working hand in hand with various clients, always with a clear educational goal. We support these customers as a competent training partner and work in close cooperation to further develop participants and achieve the goals we set.

HOW IT ALL BEGAN

Our founder story

We, Daniel and Daniel from Paderborn, are the founders of Qualidy GmbH. We initially started our journey individually, both with a deep passion for the education industry. We love to acquire new knowledge and pass it on to others. Since we noticed that there is a lot of potential for improvement in the market, we both started early as lecturers for a wide variety of companies and institutions.

The first time we met was at a lecturers’ party. There we quickly connected, as we both took first and second place among all lecturers at our provider at the time, according to participant surveys. As luck would have it, we ran into each other again a year later. We got to know each other better and realized that we would complement each other well as business partners. A few conversations and some research later, we agreed that we wanted to revolutionize the training market together. That was the birth of Qualidy GmbH.

Since 2019, we have been passionately working towards our goals. During these years, our team grows annually with more highly committed lecturers who pass on their expert knowledge to our customers. Among our customers we can count a well-known car manufacturer from Wolfsburg. Meanwhile, we have come a bit closer to our vision and are able to convince several hundred participants each year of our contemporary teaching concepts and events.
